Detached ADU Conversion

This project featured a unique challenge: a large, long, and narrow lot. Omar expertly maximized the available space by designing an ADU that fits seamlessly within the property's dimensions while meeting the client's needs.

The client requested a 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout, with a forward-thinking requirement: the design needed to accommodate the possibility of converting the ADU into two separate units in the future. This future flexibility was thoughtfully integrated into the design, ensuring the structure could easily adapt to changing needs.

The result is a functional and versatile ADU that not only complements the existing property but also adds significant value and long-term potential.
